Our Work

We focus on improving our immediate community and the world at large by helping the less privileged children, needy, orphans and the homeless and ensuring that they are out of illegal activities especially drugs and crime.

In the words of Mrs. Queen Sindiya Musa:

“I know how it feels to be an orphan.

I have no mother, no father and once you have the two no more, you hardly find real love, real people to direct you and help you; only you (sai Allah kawai).”

Aims and Objectives

  • To promote and facilitate effective community-based poverty reduction initiatives.
  • To assist in the reduction of illegal migration, moral decadence, cultism and crime.
  • To promote and ensure children have good and quality education especially orphans, street and homeless children.

Progress Report

The foundation was launched during the Ramadan fasting in 2024. We fed about 500 people in Abuja, Kaduna, Maiduguri, Katsina and Kaduna.

And since 2023, we have assisted students from nursery to primary schools as well as in Government Secondary School, Abuja.

In addition, we have students in Maiduguri, Biu, Shani, Gwoza, Kwaya Kusar, Kano state and also Ajingi local government of Kano state and also Kaduna State as well as Hadejia Local Government of Jigawa state. In each local government and state we have about 5 to 10 students.

We are working on moving to all the states to help anyone in need for now but we are only focusing on government schools.

Also we do not discriminate in gender and religion. We believe only in unity to help everyone in need in the world.

We also cook, mostly on Fridays to share to the needy.

FOUNDER OF queen Sindiya Musa hope initiative foundation: Mrs. Sindiya Musa (Queen)

Mrs. Sindiya Musa (Queen) is the founder of Queen Sindiya Musa Hope Initiative Foundation.

She had her primary and secondary school education in Maiduguri, Borno state and then obtained a National Diploma in Business Studies at the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, Nasarawa State. Currently, she is studying Business Administration.

She is an administrator and became passionate about giving hope to the hopeless through her late mother from an early age. She saw the manner her late mom (Late Mama Shatu kumadi Musa Wakawa) loved to help people both relatives and non-relatives. She sometimes struggled especially with food and school fees for people in need.

Her mother (Mama) took care of her children, relatives and strangers equally. When people came to her, she made sure she fulfilled all their needs. This was where Mrs. Sindiya Musa realized that you do not have to be rich before you help. You can help the needy with the little you have.

Late Mama Shatu kumadi Musa Wakawa’s house was a refuge for the homeless and hungry. Mama always stood for the truth and for the voiceless and Mrs. Sindiya Musa said to herself that “no matter how small my earnings are, I will be there for the orphans, needy, the voiceless, hungry, street and the homeless”.

Mrs. Sindiya Musa is married to Mr. Tommy Roland Solomon.

Mrs. Sindiya is of the Babur tribe from Hawul Local Government Area in Borno state.
