She ran a new Personal Best (PB) of 52.15 seconds to win the women’s 400 meters final, defeating Nikiwe Mongwe who was inspired to a PB of 52.68 seconds.

An hour later, Idamadudu returned to track and ran away with the 200 meters title in 23.05 seconds (+2.4), following her PB of 22.81 seconds in the heats!
