Iredia Goodness with a new Personal Best (PB) jump of 7.56 meters, wins the men’s Long Jump at the 2023 Mid-South Conference Championships.
He broke the Cumberland University School Record as well as the meet record to win the Long Jump; the furthest long jump in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) this season.
