They were allowed to touch their faces, noses, mouths, eyes, etc.
The ten (10) surprised yet lively and joy-filled participants with their art canvas and pencils including four (4) children produced master pieces of themselves in what they considered having not done before.

According to Mr. Toju Micheal Ogbe, the founder of the PositiveNaija Art Gallery:
“We thank God Almighty for grace on the realization and success of this inaugural creative art exhibition by the PositiveNaija Art Gallery.
The participants (10 out of 23 who registered) have been wonderful. I thank everyone of them for their time, courage, effort, brilliance, positive mentality and trust. For the live drawing, I had observed how artists pay a lot of attention to giving beauty to others – sometimes under immense pressure but how much do they give of the same to themselves? So, this was an opportunity for artists to appreciate themselves, pay attention to themselves and celebrate themselves by undertaking the task of drawing their happy faces/portraits. And the results, were just magical. I believe strongly that every participant who participated in this exhibition has achieved a master status and have birthed an experience and skill of a lifetime.
I am very happy that everyone had a wonderful joyful experience.
The exhibition was something I really wanted to do to celebrate creative/talented people around us. Glad with the response we received with the participation as well as the very high quality of works done by everyone especially the children.
Congratulations to Ms. Haruna Peace Unumli (who by the way, came from Kaduna state) and Mrs. Iluyoka Tope.
Many thanks to the incredible sponsors for their kind contributions who believed in this project from the first instance they knew/heard about it – Cliff Agba Art Studio; Leads Preparatory Hall (LPH) Leadership and Mentorship Program; NanaBytez Cakes & Edibles; Models Against Cancer Foundation; Art by UNO. I also express gratitude to my family, advisers and support system which include Elijah Ezaga (Director at PositiveNaija), Ruth Ede Ugbeda, Emmanuel Onah, Lucy Onah, Vivian Ogbu, Gift Okanibe, Pastor John C. Amadi, Maxwell Pewat, and many others.
We look forward to more remarkable editions in the future and further improvement in every aspect. Thank you.”
