Considering that Ayodeji's entry is the only entry within the stipulated time, this makes him the winner (without the input of the judges in the absence of another contestant).
In addition, the existing rules for the competition does not cover for 'what if the drawing/painting is not in close resemblance' as far as it is an attempt of the image presented.
