Nwankwo Abel Nwogboji has emerged as the overall best graduating student at the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) on the 49th convocation ceremony [2018/2019 session].

Nwankwo Abel Nwogboji had a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.98 and also emerged the best graduating student in African Traditional Religion.

Alaba Anna Tam Danagogo Emerges Overall Best Graduating Student At Syracuse University [2021]

Alaba Anna Tam Danagogo has emerged as the 2021 overall best graduating student at the Syracuse University in New York, the United States of America.

The 20-year-old graduated with distinctions in Biology Major and Minor in English and Textual Studies and was also awarded the prestigious 1870 scholarship by the university for another four-year Medical Studies.

Alaba Anna Tam Danagogo was the Students’ Speaker (valedictorian) for 2021 and was designated as a Senior Class Marshall of the university, recognised as a Distinguished Syracuse University Scholar, having graduated summa cum laude with a 3.97 CGPA in a four-point system.

Among her academic accomplishments are dean’s list honors, distinction in biology and the 1870 Scholarship, the highest recognition offered by the Office of Admissions.

Now in its second year, the SystemSpecs Children’s Day Essay Competition is organized in furtherance of the technology firm’s commitment to the development of indigenous IT capacity for national prosperity. Oyo State Secondary School Wins 2021 PSDN Inter-Senior Secondary School Debate Competition

Oyo State Secondary school debate team has emerged winner in the 2021 inter-senior secondary school debate competition organised by the President’s Schools Debate, Nigeria (PSDN), in collaboration with the Oyo State Ministry of Education.

The event took place at the Ibadan Business School, Francis Okediji Street, Bodija, from May 17 to May 20, 2021 and drew debate teams from all six South-West states.

The Oyo State team were first while debaters from Ogun and Ekiti states placed second and third respectively in the debate.

Lawal Oluwaseun Wins 2021 Chartered Institute Of Taxation Of Nigeria (CITN) Tax Quiz Competition

Lawal Oluwaseun has emerged winner of the 2021 Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) tax quiz competition.

Lawal Oluwaseun, a 100-Level student of the Department of Accounting at University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) beat four other contestants to win the contest, whose final round was held in Kaduna on May 21, 2021.

He also received a cash prize of ₦300,000, 11 taxation textbooks, and two desktop computers, one of which is to be presented to the school.

Six (6) ABU Students Win Grand Prizes In Huawei ICT Competition 2019-2020

Six students of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) have been presented with different prizes for outstanding performance at the 2019-2020 Huawei ICT Competition.

The Competition, which was the fifth in the series, had a participation record of almost 15,000 students from over 2,000 colleges and universities in more than 82 countries and regions globally.

Of the six students from Ahmadu Bello University who participated in the ICT Competition, three earned first prize in Network Track globally. They are Hamza Adenoyi Atabor, Emmanuel Abba, and Hamza Beita.

The other three, namely; Mustapha Abdullahi Jimoh, Dahir Muhammad Dahir, and Abdullahi Khalifa Muhammad, won the grand prize in Cloud/AI Track at the global final.
