Women of Passion and Purpose Global Impact Ministry (WOPP) founded by Minister Ifeanyi Joy Udoroh, successfully hosted its inaugural 2025 Word and Fire International Conference from February 11th to 15th, 2025 in Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. The 5-day event featured morning and evening sessions, culminating in a Praise and Thanksgiving Saturday. Renowned pastor and speaker, Pastor Jeff Daniel, Lead Pastor of Kingdom Light Church Int’l in Arlington, Texas, delivered powerful messages with rich insight and simplicity.
Commissioning of WOPP’s Mission HQ, Shelter, Kitchen, and Library
During the conference, WOPP officially commissioned its:
– WOPP Mission Headquarters, Minna – The administrative hub where strategic planning and coordination take place.
– WOPP Shelter: providing temporary housing for troubled and indigent women
– WOPP Kitchen: feeding women and children in need
– Pastor Jeff Daniel Library: offering access to Christian literature for personal growth
Mandate and Mission
Founder and Convener of Women of Passion and Purpose, Minister Ifeanyi Joy Udoroh, has a clear mandate to raise women who will become pillars of strength in their families, careers, and communities. WOPP focuses on four key areas:

Impact and Achievements
In just 8 months since inception, WOPP has:
- Empowered 220 women and men with small-scale businesses.
- Provided scholarships to 33 children under the Women of Passion and Purpose Scholarship programme.
