Chinecherem Nnamdi Prosper has won the javelin throw event at the 2024 Big 12 Championships in Waco, Texas with a 80.02 meters throw on his final attempt.
He paced himself well, taking just 3 throws and winning well clear of Cameron Bates (BYU), who reached 69.62 meters and Riley Marx (Kansas State) in third with 68.04 meters.
