Chinemerem Mezie-Osuocha has emerged winner of the IESE Business School 2023 Future Female Leader Award and becomes the first Nigerian recipient of the award.
The Future Female Leader Award is a prestigious recognition that celebrates women who demonstrate outstanding leadership potential and contribute to the advancement of gender diversity in business.
The award commemorates the International Women’s Day of 8th March 2023.
In this year’s edition of the award, 42 women from 20 countries for the diverse talents and contributions to the business world, showcasing the success stories of women in traditionally male-dominated industries were reflected upon as a means to inspire other women to pursue their ambitions and break down barriers.
Chinemerem Mezie-Osuocha is a media, marketing, and tech professional from Nigeria and is one of the four African women to receive the Future-Female Award. Her dedication to promoting gender diversity in the business world and her commitment to improving the perception of Africans through positive storytelling has made a significant impact, inspiring others to follow in her footsteps.
Her passion for media, technology, people, culture, and marketing, combined with her commitment to support the growth of African businesses makes her a valuable asset to the continent and a worthy recipient for the Future Female Leader Award.
