Olude Kehinde Ajoke has emerged winner of the inaugural Ogun Women Run event with a time of 20 minutes and four seconds in the five kilometers race.
The race held on 4th June 2022 at First Bank, Sapon, Abeokuta, and ended at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Ogun state.
The Ogun Women Run, an initiative organized by Brussels Sports Management Limited to empower the women in Ogun state across the board, both young and also encouraging healthy living in the process.
Olude Kehinde Ajoke was awarded the gold medal and the sum of ₦500,000 for finishing top on the podium in the competition.
Ephraim Yemisi came second in the race with a time of 20 minutes and 49 seconds to win the silver medal and the sum of ₦300,000.
Asekun Olayemi ran a time of 21 minutes and 7 seconds to clinch a podium finish and the bronze medal with the sum of ₦200,000.
