The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL): Best Individual And Club Records is a research compilation by PositiveNaija aimed at promoting awareness, excellence and reliable record keeping of the Nigerian national football.
The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) is the highest level of the Nigerian football league system, for the Nigerian club-football championships. It is fed into by the Nigeria National League (NNL).
Its existence dates back to 1990 (1970) when a law came into effect to introduce professional football in the country.
It is organised/managed by the League Management Company (LMC), a limited liability company incorporated as a commonwealth of the participating clubs and the Federation
