Ayileka Ayomide and Adekunle Abiona representing Nigeria and West Africa have won the Spirit of the Competition Award at the 6th HSF-NLU Delhi International Negotiation Competition 2019.
Ayileka Ayomide and Adekunle Abiona, students of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) won the award in recognition of their negotiation skills and strategy.
The 6th HSF-NLU Delhi International Negotiation Competition spanned from 6th — 8th September 2019 with a total of nearly 40 teams coming from 11 countries — India, Poland, Indonesia, Australia, Sri Lanka, Japan, Germany, England, Kenya, Singapore and 4 continents.
“Despite the emphatic challenge we faced at the Indian consulate with respect to securing visas to fly to India as well as funding for our Airfares to participate in this competition, a flight across the world. Myself and my partner represented Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria & equally West Africa and we are glad to have won the Spirit of the Competition Award for the 2019 HSF-NLU International Negotiations Competition.
